Nursery Practitioner – Tower Hamlets, East London
Location: Tower Hamlets, East London
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time may be considered)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on qualifications and experience
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join friendly early years teams in Tower Hamlets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development in a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
About the RoleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and record children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Ensure the nursery provides a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.
- Support children's individual needs and promote their wellbeing at all times.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, positive, and committed to providing outstanding childcare.
- An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
