Front of House Team Member – Premier Inn Dover Central (Eastern Ferry Terminal)

Up to £13.06 per hour

As the friendly face of our hotel, you will use your customer service skills to welcome guests and ensure a smooth stay from check‑in through to departure. Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing a warm welcome and assisting guests with check‑in.
• Preparing and serving cocktails and meals.
• Co‑ordinating with the housekeeping team to prepare rooms for guests.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

• Training and support from a warm welcome and simple administration system.
