Wet Trade Plasterer / Tiler£24.50 per hour We are currently seeking an experienced Wet Trade Plasterer / Tiler to join our maintenance team covering Tower Hamlets. This is a long-term role working across residential properties (occupied and void), offering consistent hours, strong support and excellent benefits.Key Details

• Pay Rate: £24.50 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
• Location: Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas
• Type of Work: Domestic/residential maintenance & repairs

Responsibilities

• Plastering: skimming, bonding, patch repairs, rendering
• Tiling: walls, floors, splashbacks, bathrooms, repairs
• General wet trade tasks and making-good work
• Ensuring high-quality finishes in tenants' homes
• Managing your own workload and working independently

Requirements

• Proven experience in plastering and tiling within domestic settings
• Strong knowledge of wet trade repairs and finishing
• Own tools and transport initially (company vehicle & tools provided once onboard)
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Professional, reliable and able to work with tenants
