- Execute an annual risk‑based audit plan under the direction of Internal Audit management.
- Independently review processes and functions as authorized in the approved audit plan.
- Participate in the development of risk‑based audit programs and related planning documents.
- Lead the property’s annual audit plan by completing process reviews and tests of controls as assigned.
- Execute assigned audit sections with little supervision.
- Conduct audits consistent with IIA practices and internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned testing areas.
- Identify weaknesses in compliance exposures, operational processes and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Interact autonomously with auditees.
- Lead closing meetings with auditees by presenting findings and related recommendations.
- Assist management in preparing draft recommendations and audit reports for Management and Audit Committee.
- Create work products such as audit analysis, correspondences, memoranda and other working papers that document engagement procedures, findings and results.
- Participate with the SOX team to implement monitoring and testing procedures.
- Review management action plans and monitor implementation to ensure issues are mitigated.
- Notify Internal Audit Management of any gaming violations noted.
- Review work of other team members and challenge their understanding of audit areas and processes for adequate coverage.
- Maintain relationships with client personnel and continuously improve client satisfaction.
- Apply internal audit methodologies, technologies and tools.
- Work with management to identify key areas of risk and appropriate coverage for auditees.
- Recommend new audit techniques to analyze control adequacy and compliance effectiveness.
- Contribute to creative, practical, and cost‑effective improvement recommendations.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert in assigned areas.
- Participate in customer meetings under direction of management.
- Work on special projects or consulting engagements concerning significant company issues as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled.

- 50,750 per year
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of audit testing, accounting, auditing or information technology audits.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with people at all levels.
- Report writing and superior documentation skills.
- Ability to write comprehensible reports on complex issues concisely.
- DE Gaming License.
- CIA and/or CISA certification.
- Gaming industry experience.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Visio and ACL.
- Experience with audit software and gaming‑specific software.
Some knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous.
