The Role
You will be working in our Dover, DE location responsible for answering and managing a computer-based multiline switchboard, greeting clients and visitors, and assisting in the fulfillment of in-office clerical tasks. This role involves working full-time and in-office from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
What You Will Do- Coordinate deliveries to and from various couriers, including USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS
- Deliver, file, and retrieve documents to and from various state agencies
- Manage a computer-based multiline switchboard phone system
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and forward appropriately for assistance
- Greet clients and visitors in a polite and pleasant manner
- Receive legal service of process documents on clients’ behalf
- Accurately open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Assist in outgoing bulk-mail projects
- Assist with tracking, maintaining, and distributing office supplies
- Assist in tax and special audit projects
- Perform additional clerical tasks as needed
- Communicate courteously and professionally with clients, correspondents, and coworkers

You are able to work 100% onsite during our regular business hours in our Dover office. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times. - Technical competencies:
You are comfortable using Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and navigating Capitol Services’ Avaya VOIP phone system. - Office environment:
You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and work 100% in-office.
- $17.00 hourly rate
