Are you looking for a career with an industry leader? We are looking for an energetic operational support professional to manage our busy branch office.

Responsibilities
  • Compliance of purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements.
  • Effectively handle Human Resources administration and employee relations programs.
  • Manage records and information.
  • Perform accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • Monitor credit and collections activities.
  • Convert quotes to work orders.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams.
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
  • Perform general office tasks (replenish supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties).
  • Any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • Previous experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
Travel Requirements

Local; < 10% travel.

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, strength.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
