Are you a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Site Coordinator to take full ownership of daily operations at a single-person site!
What you'll do:
- Manage mailroom, copy center, and scanning services
- Handle shipping, receiving, and courier coordination
- Operate office tech (copiers, MFDs, imaging equipment)
- Support reception, conference rooms & A/V setups
- Build strong client relationships and deliver top-tier service
- Keep operations running smoothly, efficiently, and on budget
