Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at KENT PULMONARY ASSOCIATES, located in Dover, DE. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle daily administrative tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing telephone inquiries, maintaining patient records, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. This role requires a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and organized front desk operation to support the overall patient experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including promptly answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist patients effectively and ensure a positive experience
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare-related software and systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in Medical office or related fields is advantageous
