Duties

Directly assist the activity leadership in the management of all activity administrative support program functions.

Ensure activity program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and higher level directives.

Serve as an activity liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.

Assist the activity leadership in the performance of administrative functions associated with the supervision of military and civilian employees.

Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.

Develop, establish, update, and maintain office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.
