Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our service team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting our service advisors, technicians, and management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive dealership experience or a strong warranty claims background who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Submit and process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and promptly
- Review repair orders to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements
- Track warranty receivables and reconcile warranty payments
- Follow up on rejected or pending claims and resubmit as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate warranty records and documentation
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers - Assist with customer inquiries and support the service department as needed
- Help ensure warranty processes meet dealership and manufacturer standards
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Warranty administration / claims experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
