WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

Each day as an Automotive Service Advisor, you will greet customers with a welcoming attitude and listen to their automotive concerns or service needs. You'll share this information with our skilled service team, gather time estimates, and schedule appointments to ensure an organized, efficient workflow. Throughout your day, you'll coordinate appointments so the shop stays productive without becoming overwhelmed. When repairs are completed, you'll reach out to customers with updates or to discuss additional recommended services, always keeping communication clear and timely.

QUALIFICATIONS

Schedule: As an Automotive Service Advisor at Fox Run Automotive, you will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can count on having your weekends and evenings free, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with computers and tablets
• Knowledge about the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Patience, flexibility, and a desire to help others
• Motivation to learn and improve skills
