Your Career with a Trusted Automotive Leader! The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring a Full-Time Automotive Deal Clerk to join our growing accounting and administration team. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected dealership group.
What You'll Do- Process and post vehicle deals accurately
- Calculate commissions and maintain deal documentation
- Coordinate bank funding and payoff processing
- Maintain accounting schedules and inventory records
- Process trades, wholesale deals, and reports
- Support the accounting office with general administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required)
- Dealership software experience (Dealer Track/Arkona) is a plus
- Notary certification is a plus
- Experience in dealership accounting or contracts preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- High School Diploma or GED required
