Automotive Repair Technician B

As an Automotive Repair Technician B, you’ll perform a variety of essential repairs and maintenance services to keep our members and customers safely on the road.

Competitive Pay: $22.29 – $31.31/hour (flat rate). Pay will be adjusted based on experience and location. Billable Hours Guarantee of 20 hours per week. Productivity bonus of $250 – $550 every two weeks.

Schedule:

Full‑time, 5 days a week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays often required), Sundays off plus one additional day off each week.

• Perform diagnostics and repair work in suspension and steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, heating and air‑conditioning, and other assigned jobs.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue development of additional technical skills.
• Keep a clean, well‑organized work area and properly maintain tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures as outlined in the safety information supplied by each equipment manufacturer and corporate safety policies.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred in at least three categories (Suspension &Steering, Brakes, Heating &Air Conditioning) or ability to obtain within 12 months (paid for by AAA).
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty) if offered a position.
