- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operations to plan and execute client readiness for launches, migrations, and major client-impacting changes.
- Run cross-functional workbacks; lead readiness checkpoints on scope, timing, quality gates, communications, and enablement.
- Build client-facing materials (playbooks, FAQs, guides) and internal GTM enablement to ensure smooth adoption.
- Track post-launch adoption, support trends, and issues; drive fast mitigations and continuous improvement with owners.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions crisply to leadership; remove blockers and align stakeholders across teams.
- Maintain a portfolio view of readiness activities; prioritize work, manage dependencies, and keep timelines on track.
- Own end-to-end client readiness plans for assigned initiatives from intake through stabilization.
- Define success metrics, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates; lead go/no-go reviews with accountable owners.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution (Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, Support) and elevate risks with data and mitigation plans.
- Develop clear, accurate client-facing documentation and internal enablement for GTM and support teams.
- Instrument feedback loops (surveys, telemetry, support insights) and socialize outcomes to drive iteration.
- Maintain operating cadence: intake, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), decision logs, and stakeholder updates.
- Champion client experience; ensure readiness plans minimize disruption and maximize value realization.
- 5+ years in readiness, enablement, program/project management, or client-facing operations driving cross‑functional launches.
- Proven success coordinating across Sales/CS/Product/Operations to deliver on time and at quality for complex initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; crisp documentation and executive‑ready updates.
- Program execution fluency: workbacks, dependency management, RAID, issue triage, and change management.
- Data‑driven decision‑making; comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and turning insights into actions.
