Program Overview

As Chemours creates a cleaner world through chemistry, the Commercial Excellence Consultant is part of the Leadership Lab – a three‑year rotational program that builds a strong foundation in commercial operations. The program is hybrid, available at the Wilmington, DE office, and is designed for ambitious professionals who want to gain hands‑on experience, interact with senior leaders, and contribute to strategic projects in marketing, sales, product management, business development, technical service, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements, streamline processes, and support execution of commercial initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate project plans, meeting cadences, action items, and follow‑ups for priority commercial excellence initiatives to ensure on‑time execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze commercial dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide visibility to key commercial performance metrics such as sales performance, pipeline health, pricing realization, and more.
  • Propose recommendations based on data‑driven insight from commercial effectiveness metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve sales execution, customer experience, and business performance.
  • Support the Commercial Excellence leader in preparing Commercial Board meetings by developing clear presentations, summaries, and communication materials that translate complex analyses into practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Advance Sales Effectiveness by diagnosing process, tools & performance gaps; design and implement sales effectiveness frameworks and playbooks.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enable execution of standardized commercial methodologies, best practices & tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Commercial role (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Operations, etc).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Track record implementing process improvements.
  • Experience facilitating training and leading initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot and experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and CoPilot.

Salary and Compensation

Pay Range: $97,843.00 – $. Annual Bonus Target: 8%. Level: 25.
