Job Description
Transform healthcare education with us as a Senior Learning Consultant at Oracle Health. Join our team dedicated to the VA Innovative Technology Advancement Lab (VITAL) program, where your leadership will inspire and guide participants through advanced analytics, performance improvement, and impactful Capstone projects within the Federal EHR framework.
In this pivotal role, you will mentor VA participants and collaborate closely with Oracle Health and VA leaders, ensuring high-quality instruction and measurable outcomes that contribute to the transformation of VA healthcare. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering integrated learning experiences and achieving exemplary Capstone project results.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Delivery: Facilitate cohort sessions with a focus on high-quality curriculum delivery and interactive learning experiences. Assist participants in utilizing Federal EHR reporting tools and analytics platforms.
- Capstone Mentorship: Oversee teams through the entire project lifecycle, guiding them in navigating Federal EHR reports and making data-driven decisions. Conduct regular project meetings to track milestones and address any challenges.
- Consulting Leadership: Analyze participant needs to align program delivery with VA objectives. Utilize your healthcare expertise to influence decision-making and support continual program evolution.
- Business Support: Help ensure customer success by combining industry best practices with Oracle solutions, mentoring project teams, and addressing complex customer issues with innovative solutions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Adhere to corporate security policies while safeguarding company and client assets.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
- 8-10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, analytics, performance improvement, or related fields.
- 4+ years of consulting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline, health informatics, data analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in analytics, reporting platforms, and performance improvement methodologies.
- Strong ability to facilitate adult learning in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate government security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required due to client contract requirements.
- Familiarity with VA operations, Federal EHR workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams through analytic or improvement initiatives.
- Ability to design solutions across various tools and data sources within the analytics stack.
