Organizational Change Management Specialist 3

Remote (Eastern Time Zone) – Part‑time.

An Organizational Change Management Specialist 3 leads complex, enterprise‑level change initiatives by developing and executing strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure long‑term sustainability. This role partners with executives, project teams, and stakeholders to assess organizational impacts, design communication and training plans, and embed change readiness across the organization. The Specialist applies advanced change methodologies, facilitates workshops, and uses data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making and measure outcomes.

This position serves as a senior advisor, mentoring others and ensuring that change management practices are integrated into project delivery and organizational culture.

• Knowledge of organization design, team effectiveness, and project management
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools that span an entire project life cycle from idea conceptualization and project
• Skill in translating business and technical needs into effective communication plans
• Skill in collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and presenting data from a variety of sources, both internal and external to DTI
• Skill in producing effective written and oral communications
• Ability to perform at a high level in a self‑directed environment
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality customized communications timely and accurately
• Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional stakeholder alignment and issue resolution using sophisticated executive influence skills
• Ability to use critical thinking and sound judgement and reach logical conclusions
• Ability to simultaneously analyze and prioritize multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and project sponsors on strategic project planning, communication, and presentation development

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Marketing/Public Relations or Public Administration preferred
• Knowledge or certification of PROSCI Change Management (or other formal change management certification) preferred
• Minimum of five years producing communications – marketing or education/training materials using professional graphics tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, Quark Xpress, Affinity, Articulate, web‑based/HTML marketing tools or similar)
• Minimum of five years of experience working on enterprise projects
• Excellent and demonstrated skills in oral and written communication, including presentations and large group facilitation
• Minimum of one year of experience working with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting tools
