Lean Continuous Improvement Manager - Regulatory Systems
Leads the Division of Water's continuous improvement and permitting modernization initiatives by evaluating business processes, identifying operational efficiencies, and implementing LEAN solutions that improve regulatory performance, transparency, and customer service. Manages process improvement projects, develops tracking and performance tools, coordinates with program subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors, and bridges business and technical requirements. Provides staff training on continuous improvement methods, supports development of business analytics and performance metrics, oversees implementation of strategic initiatives, and may supervise planning staff and contractors to ensure timely, measurable, and sustainable operational improvements.
