The WorkThe Business Analyst will act as the critical intermediary between the program or customer stakeholders and the software development team, facilitating the flow of requirements. The individual in this role will contribute to every phase of the software development lifecycle to some extent. Once the requirements baseline is established, the emphasis will transition to managing the requirements documentation and ensuring that all requirements are fully realized, including those related to enhancements after implementation.

Responsibilities- Conducts comprehensive analysis of user needs, business processes, system limitations, and areas of inefficiency to identify opportunities for system automation or enhancement.
- Gathers requirements through methodologies such as Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, interviews, document reviews, surveys, use case development, competitive product analysis, and workflow evaluations.
- Transforms insights gathered from elicitation activities into clear and actionable documentation, including business and functional requirements, use cases, user stories, software requirements specifications (SRS), wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Adheres to established templates and employs straightforward, precise, and concise language to ensure clarity and usability.
- Serves as a mentor to peers and colleagues by promoting and implementing best practices for business analysis.
- Actively seeks and shares professional development opportunities to enhance team competencies and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Leverages tools, such as Jira and Modern Requirements, to efficiently manage the change control process, support activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and track and communicate the status of requirements and project progress.

- 8 years of experience with:
- Eliciting requirements through customer interviews and crafting clear, well-written system requirements.
- Working with software development life cycles (SDLCs).
- Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience.
- Developing user stories and use cases aligned with business analysis best practices.
- Designing mockups and/or wireframes that adhere to UX best practices.
