Host Person - Circulo

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing excellence in service.
• Greet customers as soon as they walk up.
• Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods.
• Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.
• Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed.
• Learn food and beverage menu.
• Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff.
• Answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties.
• Relay any guest compliments and complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
• Collect proper payment for paid show.
• Check reservations and seat guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Report to work on time, as scheduled, in proper uniform with nametag, and with a positive and cooperative attitude ready to serve the guests.
• Cash: make proper change and close out the check. Held accountable for cash drawer and all variances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
