Sales & Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Starting pay: $20/hour + bonus.

Part‑time schedule:
Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Candidates MUST be available to work up to 40 hours per week between June 20 and July 2 to support our busiest season. Outside this period, the position returns to the regular part‑time schedule listed above.

• Provide outstanding customer service on inbound calls and online inquiries
• Recommend moving services and products based on customer needs and availability
• Use your sales and communication skills to help customers confidently book their move
• Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves
• Input information into our move software to provide accurate estimates and scheduling
• Follow up with customers before and after moves to ensure satisfaction
• Professionally resolve customer concerns and questions
• Support sales, marketing, networking, and community initiatives
• Additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Call center, inbound sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus Friendly, helpful, and professional communication skills
• Strong multitasking and computer skills
• Ability to navigate software while speaking with customers
• Motivated by goals and delivering great customer experiences
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
