Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from clients, providing information, and assisting with inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide information about our services and properties

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads

- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with our agents

- Update and maintain client information in our database

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Real estate knowledge and experience is a plus, but not required
