What You'll Do
* Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
* Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
* Handle service tickets, customer paperwork, and dealer transactions
* Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organization)
* Support daily dealership operations as needed
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
* Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays)
* High School Diploma or GED required
