Responsibilities- Take on many different types of interest from internal stakeholders relating to customers’ experience as a candidate taking one of our assessments/exams.
- Handle customer enquiries from the Customer Service team via telephone calls and emails.
- Understand the enquiry, ask questions, and collaborate with varied departments to investigate what happened.
- Take ownership of the enquiry to deliver a positive outcome and care for every valued customer.
- Bilingual in Spanish

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00. This position is not bonus eligible.
