Sharecare seeks a Customer Service – Escalations team member to handle escalated member concerns and provide support for the Customer Service team. This role requires strong communication skills, analytic abilities, and a customer service orientation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of call center or customer service experience and a GED or high school diploma. Responsibilities include researching member inquiries and assisting the customer service team with technical issues.
