A leading not‑for‑profit health system in Delaware is seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible otolaryngologists to join a growing hospital‑employed ENT service line. Dedicated advanced practice provider (APP) support, robust audiology services, Epic electronic medical record (EMR), and dependable operating room access allow physicians to focus on high‑quality care in a collaborative environment.

  • Competitive salary, plus wRVU production incentives
  • Signing bonus and relocation assistance offered
  • Bread‑and‑butter ENT with optional subspecialty development
  • Established demand with opportunity for rapid ramp‑up
  • 36‑hour patient‑facing week with protected administrative time
