Interventional Pain Management Physician Opportunity

A well-established, privately owned, physician-led pain management practice in Delaware is seeking a full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a physician trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or Anesthesiology who is interested in a high-volume, procedure-driven outpatient practice with strong long-term earning potential.

The incoming physician will join a collaborative team consisting of one physician practicing part-time in Seaford, one full-time physician in Dover, one part-time physician in Dover, and a full-time Advanced Practice Provider in Dover. The practice is supported by experienced clinical and procedural staff, as well as a strong administrative infrastructure, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Year 1 base salary: $420,000 – $440,000+
  • Year 2:
    Transition to a draw model based on a percentage of collections
  • Productivity-based compensation structure with significant upside potential

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship (required)
  • Eligible for or active Delaware medical licensure (note: Florida license requirement removed to align with practice location)
  • DEA registration in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated procedural proficiency and commitment to evidence-based care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
