AMN Healthcare is partnering with a leading regional healthcare system in Coastal Delaware to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a thriving, physician-led cardiovascular team. This opportunity offers the support of an established health system, a collaborative practice environment, and access to advanced cardiovascular technology.

The incoming physician will join a well-established community cardiology practice with strong referral support, dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and access to a modern hospital campus. Current demand has created a significant wait for new patient appointments, providing immediate patient volume and long-term growth potential.

• Collaborate with an established team of Non-Invasive, Interventional, and Electrophysiology Cardiologists, along with experienced APP support.

• Typical clinic volume of 20 to 25 patients per day.
• Shared inpatient and call responsibilities with APP first-call support.
• Epic electronic medical record platform.
• Competitive employed compensation model with wRVU productivity incentives.
• $60,000 signing bonus paid over two years plus relocation assistance.
