Seeking Board Certified/Eligible ENT Physicians to join an established ENT service line in a thriving healthcare system. This role offers the opportunity to develop a busy practice with strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed practice model.

• Perform general ENT procedures with flexibility to develop subspecialty interests such as Rhinology and Head & Neck Surgery (up to 50% of practice)
• Manage a significant patient population within a regional referral network
• Utilize dedicated clinic space equipped with advanced technology and electronic health records (EPIC)
• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physician Assistants, Audiologists, RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants

• Board Certified or Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Strong clinical skills with ability to build a busy practice quickly
• Interest in subspecialties such as Rhinology or Head & Neck Surgery is encouraged

• Potential earnings up to $765,000
• $15,000 annual signing bonus for two years, relocation assistance, tail malpractice coverage
