Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Primary Care group seeks a Family Medicine physician to join outpatient clinic in Seaford, Delaware.

• Local Delaware based primary care provider serving the greater Sussex County area.
• Physician owned & physician led – partnership opportunities available.
• 4 locations, 23 employees, 25+ years in business.
• Conveniently located 50 minutes from Dover and 1.5 hours from Washington, DC.

• Outpatient primary care in clinic setting.
• Monday‑Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
• 100% outpatient (≈25 patients/day).
• Weekend call: 1 in 6 shifts.
• Video or phone call only outside clinic hours.
• EMR:
  Cerner. PA and NP support staff.
• Patient age 18+.

• Assess, maintain, and improve health status of individuals through timely access to evidence‑based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
• Serve as a role model of professionalism for the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Collaborate with all practitioners and support staff to form a high‑performing team.
• Provide high‑value care and demonstrate good stewardship of resources, considering risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making decisions.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and in sufficient detail in the electronic health record.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine / Internal Medicine.
• Unrestricted Delaware MD or DO license.
• Ability to hold J1 or H1B sponsorship if necessary.

• Base salary: $230,000.
• Bonuses: 30% of production profits annually.
• Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 on Day1 and $5,000 on 1‑year anniversary.
