Internal Medicine Physician.

Location:

Seaford, DE (50 mins from Dover). Outpatient primary care in the clinic setting Monday
- Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. 100% outpatient. Call: 1 in 6 weekend call. Video or Phone call only. Estimated patient volume: 20 per day. Patient age: 18+. EMR:
Cerner. PA and NP support staff. Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care. Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.

Provide high value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions. Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to form high performing team
• Provide high value care with stewardship of resources
• Make diagnostic or therapeutic decisions considering risks, benefits, and patient preferences
• Document all patient care activities and services accurately in the electronic health record

• Internal Medicine Physician Board Certified or Board Eligible Family / Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Delaware MD or DO licensure
• J1 or H1B sponsorship if necessary

• Base Salary: $230,000
• Bonuses available – 30% of production profits annually
• Sign On Bonus – $5,000 on Day 1 and $5,000 at 1 year anniversary
