Seeing Patients in a Pain Management settingDays/hours/shifts/weekends/Call?
8-5 M-F no weekends, call from home a few weeks/year (min calls go to docs)
Comp Range?~450k (including sign-on bonus)
Any Bonus structure?Production based comp after 1st year.. most docs get a large increase in comp on production model
Partnership options?Potential for profit sharing
EMR?Athena
relo allowance / Sign on?Varies, usually ~30k (would be 450k total 1st year comp including sign-on)
Full time / benefited?Health, vision, dental, 401k, we pay malpractice, licensing costs, CME, etc
