Rate of pay: $15.00 - $18.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Design and develop Ninja Zone programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
- Continuously update the curriculum based on new techniques, trends, and student feedback.
- Teach Ninja Zone classes, guiding students through proper techniques of various skills, ensuring correct form to prevent injury.
- Demonstrate exercises and routines, offering hands-on guidance and corrections during training sessions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience working with children age group of 1.5 to 12 years of age in a recreational, instructional, gymnastics, parkour, martial arts, or youth fitness setting.
- Online training required to obtain certifications in the following (must obtain within 30 days of hire):
Fundamentals of coaching, Little Ninja Certification (intro into preschool curriculum), and intermediate techniques and mechanics.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, run, climb, bend, and demonstrate athletic movements for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and set up program equipment.
- Ability to visually and audibly always monitor participant safety.
