Red Lion Christian Academy is a Pre‑K through 12th‑grade academy that is focused on nurturing an educational environment that emphasizes academic excellence, character development, and spiritual growth. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to guiding students on their journey to becoming stronger in their faith, confident, lifelong learners.

Red Lion Christian Academy has seen unprecedented growth over the past several years and is seeking to divide the Principal roles into two positions for middle school and high school. We are seeking qualified candidates to interview for the position.

We are looking for a passionate School Principal to lead in our upper school by promoting Christ‑like values and creating a vibrant, effective learning environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and teamwork skills, a deep understanding of education, and a commitment to our Christian values. They should possess a servant leader’s heart and be dedicated to working collaboratively with others.

• Implement the headmaster’s vision by providing leadership and direction in designated areas. Share a Christ‑centered perspective and embrace a servant‑hearted approach.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum to enhance student learning.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes respect, Christian values, and academic achievement.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support student success and well‑being.
• Manage daily area operations, including scheduling, staffing, and financial oversight in assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national educational standards.
• Develop and implement programs that promote students’ spiritual growth.

• Must possess a servant‑leader mindset and be willing to work as part of a team.
• Hold an appropriate degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in educational settings, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrate knowledge of effective pedagogy. Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse groups of stakeholders.
