This posting is for full-time Special Education teaching positions at Caesar Rodney High School, a grade 9-12 high school with approximately 2,200 students.
QualificationsApplicants must hold a Delaware certification as a Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities and be certified in one of the following content areas: ELA, Math, or Science. Successful candidates must provide evidence of PRAXIS II scores or a valid out‑of‑state teaching license.
SalarySalary is in accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules and is based on experience and degree. A benefits package is included.
Pre‑employment Requirements- Provide official transcripts (if applicable), an updated resume, and three letters of recommendation.
- All employees of the Caesar Rodney School District must submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
- Employment offers require: proper identification (Social Security card and driver’s license), documentation of eligibility to work in the U.S.A., completion of the I‑9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
