Elementary Dean of Students
The Elementary Dean of Students helps maintain a safe, positive, and structured school environment while supporting student behavior, attendance, and school culture.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee student discipline, investigations, and parent communication
- Monitor attendance and implement interventions as needed
- Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, and transitions
- Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and administration
- Support daily school operations and collaborate with the leadership team
- Ensure compliance and manage required paperwork for RTI/ALE processes and 504 plans
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred - 3–5 years of successful classroom experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
