Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum, preferably within school settings

- Ability to travel between two closely situated sites as needed
- Open to full-time candidates
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individual behavior intervention plans for K-5 students
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and school staff
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform programming
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective interventions
- Offer training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral supports
- Participate in meetings and provide ongoing progress updates
