Summary
The Recruiter Master Trainer (RMT) plays a critical role in the development, coaching, and mentoring of Recruiting and Retention Non-Commissioned Officers within the Army National Guard. The RMT serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting processes and techniques, assessing individual and team performance, developing and delivering structured training programs, and fostering continuous professional growth to enhance recruiting and retention success.
This position requires dynamic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and guiding others in a fast‑paced, result‑driven environment.

- Delivery of technical, operational, and specialty training

- Occasional outdoor and offsite instruction
- Participation in recruiting events, including those requiring travel or outdoor work
- Clear verbal communication
- Physical demonstration of tasks (e.g., electronic automation, field work)
- Frequent travel by car, plane, or other means
- Physical presence at events and assigned locations is required
Yes, with standard DOD travel reimbursement rates.
- 75–50% local travel required
- 25–50% regular overnight TDY travel in support of contract or mission execution
- Minimum five years of successful military recruiting experience or equivalent; preferably served in a leadership position such as Team Leader or Senior E6/E7.
- Previous experience as an ARNG RR 1SG or NCOIC
- College degree preferred but not required
- Prior experience as an RRBN Master Trainer
- Background in RRBN Operations or as a MEPS Guidance Counselor
- Must complete 48 hours of in‑person training per month
- Normal hours: 0730–1700, Monday–Friday (excluding Federal holidays); flexibility required
- Valid state‑issued Driver’s License and automobile insurance required
- NACLC and POSTA screening required
