Assistant Principal
The Caesar Rodney School District is accepting applications for Assistant Principal of Fred Fifer III Middle School. Fifer Middle School serves grades 6-8.
Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and/or certification for School Principal and Assistant School Principal. Successful experience as a classroom teacher of at least five years; middle school experience strongly preferred. Eligibility for DE certification as School Principal and Assistant School Principal. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of effective strategies for improvement of student learning and achievement.
Proven ability to work effectively with students, parents, staff, and community. An ability to facilitate change for continued student improvement and staff development. Commitment to high academic standards.

Salary:
In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.
