Crossing Guard Position
This is a part-time position - 3 hours daily (AM and PM). Please read the entire posting before applying. This position requires helping students cross the street by directing traffic before and after school. This is a temporary, part-time, hourly position with no benefits. For continued employment beyond the current school year, crossing guards must re-apply online each school year.
Pay: $17.40 per hour

Will vary depending on school schedules. Crossing guards report in the a.m. and p.m. during arrival and dismissal times daily.
Pre-employment requirements:
Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation. All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test. Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver's License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
