Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opportunity
Tact Staff Education is hiring two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based opportunity in the Wyoming, Delaware area for the 2026–2027 school year. - Start Date:
August 19, 2026 - End Date:
June 11, 2027 - Monday–Friday
- Hours:
7:45 AM – 3:15 PM - Hourly Pay: $60–$66/hour (W2), depending on experience
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress
- Provide coaching and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Support positive behavior strategies across school environments
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Partner with families and educational teams to promote student success
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) national credential
- Valid Delaware School Behavior Analyst Standard Certificate issued by the Delaware Department of Education
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse behavioral and educational needs
