21st Century After-School Program Paraprofessionals

Building Principal
Terms of Employment:
Part-Time: 4–10 hours per week, pending scheduled dates 3:20 pm to 5:15 pm, unless modified due to weather or operational need Four weekly sessions (M-F) with up to one hour of planning time per week Every other Friday each month Salary: $24.12 per hour during program hours and training $16.56 per hour for professional learning and training

Paraprofessional Certification in DEEDS required with either passing Para Pro test score and official high school transcript or 2-4 year degree High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework Experience working with youth in schools, after-school programs, or community organizations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with elementary, middle, and high school students. Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments.
Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
