Rotor Blade Maintenance & Repair Technician
You will be responsible for maintenance and repair work on rotor blades for ENERCON wind turbines installed throughout Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a three-person team and travel to job sites using a service vehicle.
- Conduct inspections and repair work on the interior of rotor blades from within the wind turbine.
- Perform repair work on the exterior of rotor blades using work platforms and gondolas.
- Note:
This position does not involve work that modifies building structures.
Work Location
- Nationwide transfer assignment within Japan
Required
- Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following:
- Painting/coating work
- Grinding/sanding work
- FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) repair
- Rotor blade maintenance and repair
Preferred
- IRATA certification
- Experience working at heights
