Cole Solutions () has been retained by a national Engineering firm with a very flexible hybrid remote career opportunity based out of the Dover, DE region.

Summary points:

• This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in office/two Remote. The "office" days are intended to be spent on job sites or meeting w/ clients or regulatory officials.
• You ll be deeply immersed in the full spectrum of planning, design, and project delivery, honing your design and project management capabilities to become a bonafide Subject Matter Expert/SME in Water and/or Wastewater Treatment and facilities.
• You must be passionate about & want to excel in municipal water and wastewater unit process treatment, pipeline and treatment plant hydraulics, process mechanical layouts.
• The Team Manager has a 20+ year record of developing & mentoring Water/Wastewater Engineers.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the entire project life cycle, including;
Planning, Design, Construction, and Funding & Permits. Will also support condition assessments & basis of design studies.

• B.S. in chemical, civil, environmental or mechanical engineering.
• Engineer-In-Training and or PE, or obtain within 6 months of start date.
• 3+ years of civil engineering design experience required with a focus on water wastewater treatment facilities design or related experience.
• Previous experience in writing basis of design reports, preparing process mechanical drawings for water and wastewater facilities, preparing engineering estimates of construction costs and technical specifications.
• Strong AutoCAD and BIM (Revit) skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, computer and technical writing skills.

  GEMS/ Process treatment modeling (Biowin) preferred.
• Membership in AWWA, ASCE and or Water Environment Federation or desire to participate preferred.
