Position Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented Entry-level Professionals or Interns for a variety of positions. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and develop your skills in a dynamic work environment. Our team is looking for candidates in Dover, Delaware or New Castle, Delaware.

* Civil Design Technicians

* Civil CAD Designer

* Construction Inspector

* Materials Testing Technician

* Environmental Engineering Technician

* Associate degree in any of the listed fields.

* Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a passion for engineering solutions.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
