Engineering Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance and Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in packaging or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries, with extensive experience in managing large maintenance teams and driving process improvement initiatives. The candidate should have a proven track record in implementing Lean methodologies, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and reliability engineering practices.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the maintenance department, including equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and reduce overall maintenance costs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Utilize Lean principles andTPMmethodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improveworkflow, and enhance equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to support production goals and resolve technical issues.
• Establish and maintain maintenance

• Implement reliability engineering practices to analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and develop long‑term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance and engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
