Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution under consideration of resources (service specialists, spare parts, tools). Serve as the single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job, schedule the job, and be responsible for the content of quotes.
Responsibilities- Coordination – Coordinate, plan, schedule, and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, and logistics for site.
- Contract Management – Manage customer satisfaction by ensuring that Accelleron fulfils contractual obligations and business requirements. Ensure quality, health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed. Review scope of work and ensure all parties fulfil obligations, especially regarding claims and changes.
- Service Order Process – Manage the service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
- Reporting & Documentation – Manage all required reporting and documentation. Ensure all necessary data is registered in the system in a timely manner.
- One Accelleron – Cooperate and coordinate activities with other Accelleron units and teams to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales opportunities. Ensure transfer of service findings to product/system local business units for improvement of offerings.
- Single Point for Customer – Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers. Manage customer requirements and inquiries. Ensure continuous communication.
- 2 years of experience in the marine or power generation field, working as a service engineer.
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing heavy marine or power generation equipment.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- The ability to travel approximately 10 to 20 days to domestic locations in Mexico or the United States.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
