• Ensure the serving area is clean and presentable to guests.
• Remove all empty glasses after serving.
• Identify guests before drinks are served.
• Maintain courtesy and professionalism at all times.
• Wear the required uniform.
• Ensure garnishes are correctly applied to drinks.
• Enter all drinks accurately into the POS system.
• Keep the workstation surface area clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow all work safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate efficiently with coworkers, supervisors, and guests.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties that are assigned.

• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Prior bar experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Friendly, courteous, cooperative, and reliable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to report to work on time as scheduled.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Professional appearance and appropriate attire.
• ABC certification at time of hire and maintenance during employment.
• License from the DE Lottery.
