Overview
UMB’s Corporate Trust Compliance team supports the Corporate Trust group by performing account review, monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulations, and producing account summaries and reports as needed. This team is essential to our success in ensuring UMB follows the proper procedures to avoid any potential risk, and therefore mitigating any losses that could be incurred by UMB.
Responsibilities- You will develop and apply Corporate Trust knowledge to each initial account review to ensure the account is properly set up and functioning per the governing documents.
- You will use Excel, UMB systems, and industry systems to review documents, manage accounts, and monitor activities.
- You will partner with internal teams including the Relationship Management team to prepare summaries and reports, as well as make recommendations on changes to policies and procedures.
- You have at least three years of experience in Corporate Trust or a related area.
