Manager – Decision Support & Cost Accounting | Healthcare Finance

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Finance professional with strong expertise in STRATA Jazz, forecasting, and healthcare cost accounting to join a leading healthcare organization.

• Manage and optimize the Cost Accounting & Decision Support systems
• Lead service line profitability analysis and monthly P&L reporting
• Support strategic financial planning, ROI analysis, NPV/IRR calculations, and feasibility studies
• Oversee productivity systems and reporting to agencies such as S&P, Fitch, DAC, and EMMA
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of STRATA forecasting modules
• Mentor analysts and support financial software implementations
• Partner with leadership teams to improve financial and operational performance

• 10+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, or Decision Support
• Strong experience with STRATA Jazz / STRATA Financial Systems
• Healthcare / Hospital industry experience mandatory
• Experience with forecasting and financial modeling
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Administration
• Experience with hospital reimbursement, bundled payments, or physician compensation models
• Financial or healthcare certifications
